PARTY RENTAL POLICY

All tools and equipment have been cleaned, serviced, inspected and are "Ready to Rent." Please ensure that you return them to Grand Rental Station in a similar condition.

Reservations:

Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. Rental equipment will be reserved upon receipt of a signed rental contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Pricing:

All prices are based on event rates, and may be subject to change without notice.

Payment:

Full and final contract payment is due 5 days prior to the event delivery.

Damage Waiver:

As an additional service Grand Rental Station offers a damage waiver on all rental contracts. This covers the rental equipment against accidental damage, and is based on a percentage of the gross equipment rental. All rentals are made with the understanding that normal wear and tear is included in the rent. However, any damage from misuse or improper care, lost or stolen equipment, will be charged to the customer at replacement cost.

Delivery and Pickup Service:

Delivery service is available for all orders. Fees are based on tailgate delivery and charged by geographic location. All items will be delivered and picked up at one designated location. Please ensure that all table and chairs are broken down and neatly stacked prior to the scheduled pickup.

Rental Inventory:

Grand Rental Station does a final on site count of all items delivered and picked-up. It is essential for the customer to be present during this inventory count.

Setup and Breakdown:

Grand Rental Station provides a setup and breakdown service. Please request this service prior to your event date. A modest labor fee will be charged for these services.

Site:

Customers will be called prior to the event day, to confirm delivery time and installation procedures. It is essential that the event site be prepared prior to the arrival of the Grand Rental Station crew. Please inform Grand Rental Station of any underground lines that may interfere with the staking or anchoring of equipment. Failure to do so will relieve Grand Rental Station of any damage caused during event installation. Responsibility for all the rental equipment remains with the customer, from the time of delivery, to the time of pick-up. Please ensure all equipment is secure, and well protected from the weather when not in use.

Tents:

Customer understands that each municipality may require building and fire permits for tents. It is the customer responsibility to obtain all permitting prior to tent installation. Customer understands that tents are temporary structures and Grand Rental Station reserves the right to decline severe weather installations.

Cleaning:

All decorations must be removed from tents, tables, chairs. All china, glassware and cooking equipment, must be well rinsed, food free and stacked properly in their original delivery containers. Linens must be shaken, food free and returned in the laundry bag provided. Additional charges may occur if these cleaning policies are not adhered to.

Cancellation Policy:

Grand Rental Station reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee on any contract cancelled within 72 hours of delivery. Cancellations where equipment is loaded and ready for delivery will be charged in full. Every effort will be made to accommodate customers for equipment rented, however Grand Rental Station cannot offer a refund on equipment ordered, but not used.

On-Call Service:

Grand Rental Station provides a 24-hour "On Call Service" to all their customers.
